- How long does it take for my order to be shipped after I place it?
A: Order processing time is the same day. After you place your order and complete payment, we will arrange to process and ship the goods on the same day.
- How long does it take to receive the goods after shipment?
A: The shipping time is 2 days from the date the goods are shipped. Delivery to most areas within Spain can be completed within 2 days.
- Can I return the goods if I am not satisfied after receiving them? What is the return period?
A: Yes. You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods. The goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- How long does it take to receive my refund after returning the goods?
A: After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the refund will be credited to your account within 3 days (returned to the original payment method).
- Who bears the return shipping costs?
A: For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer bears the shipping costs. If the goods have quality problems or the wrong goods were sent, we will bear the shipping costs.
- What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and local Spanish debit transfers.
- What areas are covered by our delivery service?
A: Currently, we only deliver within Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not currently covered).
